Kingston Diesel Injection offers repair and calibration of fuel pumps and injectors across the Marine, Automotive and Plant sectors. All work is carried out in house.
We also offer new/reconditioned units at a competitive rate.
Workshop...
On arrival in to our workshop all work is allocated with a Work Route Card with the customer details and requirements. Fuel Pumps and Injectors for service are are then stripped down and ultra sonically cleaned for evaluation, a report is then issued together with a list of spare parts required to carry out any necessary work, if a customer requires, a firm cost can be submitted for approval prior to commencing work.
Following a rebuild, calibration and testing is carried out to Manufacturers specifications on our specialist Test Machines in accordance with the International Standards Organisation.
Lloyds, Bureau Veritas, Diet Norske inspections can be arranged during any stage of the servicing or testing procedure.
Our workshop is fully equipt for repair and testing in the Automotive/Plant sectors of Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Stanadyne fuel injectiom equiptment.
We also offer testing for all makes of common rail injectors.
In the Marine sector we can offer repair/test of most meduim speed Engine fuel injection equiptment including Bosch, L'Orange and Woodward.
We can also offer full testing sevice of CAT3500 Series/Volvo electronic unit injectors.
